November 9th, 2012 I've talked in previous newsletters about how important entrance mat's are to help control the dirt that enters your facility. By placing entrance mats you are saving wear and tear on the tile and carpet. Then, it is less dirt for the janitor or office cleaner to remove by dry mopping, wet mopping, and vacuuming. Many buildings place mats on the inside and outside of all the entrances to their building. The janitor or office cleaner should nightly vacuum the mats as part of their routine.
