Inspection Team
This team's job is to make sure the accounts are being given
the best janitorial experience possible. Our team is seasoned and uses
our checklist inspection sheet that works. Janitorial inspections
are a big part of our system and are unique to each account and
frequencies count too.
Our inspection form we use as a guide and
combined with our team's experience, it keeps everything on track. Even
the experienced janitor can miss something and it’s the inspection
team’s job to discover things before anyone in the account’s office
does.
It is a never ending cycle performing inspections and we are
constantly learning everyday. It may cost more to have an inspection
team but we look at it as an insurance policy to ensure the account has a
great janitorial experience.
Rapid Response Team
We understand that
emergencies and urgent needs can happen at any time—and we’re ready.
That’s why we offer our exclusive Rapid Response Service to all of our
clients, at no additional cost. Whether it’s a building emergency like a
plumbing issue or weather damage, or a critical daytime request such as
a spill, restroom touch-up, or urgent cleaning need, our Rapid Response
Team is trained to react immediately and take care of the situation
professionally. If there’s ever a building emergency, such as a roof or
window leak, plumbing issue, or water overflow, our team immediately
notifies your designated point of contact, and our Rapid Response Team
jumps into action immediately. We’re available 24/7, ready to assist and
minimize downtime, ensuring your facility stays safe, clean, and
operational. While we’re not restoration experts, we can help stop or
slow the damage until professionals arrive.
Supply Delivery Team
Our Supply Delivery Team
is part of the backbone to our operations — ensuring every account has
the products and equipment needed to stay spotless and running smoothly.
From restocking paper goods and cleaning supplies to delivering
specialty items, our team works with precision, care, and a strong sense
of urgency. No more last-minute runs to the store or overpaying for
bulk supplies. We can stock and manage essential consumables like:
toilet paper & paper towels, hand soap & sanitizers, trash can
liners, air fresheners and more! We offer these supplies at competitive
rates and at a low fee, saving you the hassle of tracking inventory,
placing orders, or hauling bulky packages into your building. Let us
manage it for you — one less thing on your plate, and one more way we
add value to your service.
We understand that timely
delivery means uninterrupted service, which is why our delivery
specialists are always organized, efficient, and proactive. Whether it’s
a routine drop-off or a same-day request, our goal is simple: to make
sure our clients never run short on the essentials they rely on every
day. They’re not just drivers — they’re an integral part of our quality
assurance process and client satisfaction promise.
