RE: NOTICE OF SERVICE / MAINTENANCE TERMINATION

This letter is to advise you that Hewlett-Packard will be vacating their offices located at 3440 E. Britannia Drive in Tucson, Arizona. Your services will no longer be required for this office effective July 21, 2001.

This letter will serve as notification of your services and cancellation of the contract between you andf Trammell Crow Company. Please submit your final invoices to us for processing no later than August 30, 2001.

Please note this is not a reflection of your service. Both Hewlett-Packard and Trammell Crow Co appreciate the service that you have provided in the past and hope that should there be a need for your services in the future we can contact your office.
